FineChat
The tool is located in the main tab of the “Financial Intelligence” extension for version 1.0.2.9.
After launching FineChat, the user is presented with a new appearance of the functionality on which the selectable report has been removed while sample questions have been implemented. The questions are clickable and substitute the question appearing in the text-area field. Clicking on the question will change the content of the field immediately. You can edit the question in the text-area field.
As a team, we tried to visually approximate the layout of Business Central.
When a question is asked, FineChat generates a response for the user.
The reports the solution uses are set as defaults when a report of a given type is first generated. The report management system has been moved to a separate window located in another tab. To launch the tool for managing default reports and mappings, select “Report Template Management” on the “Financial Report” page (the main “Financial Intelligence” page).
Then press the “Default Templates” button...
And management for managing the reports used by FineChat appears. You can select any report and then choose the appropriate mapping.
NOTE: please note that if you don't have a selected template for both report types and mappings for each of them, FineChat will not start its work when you enter a question. Validation of the case when the user does not have a generated report has been implemented.
The same happens if the dimensions are not generated. Make sure you generate a comment for the dimensions. To do this, go to the “Advanced Filters” page via the “Advanced Filters Setup” button on the “Financial Report” page, then select the Dimension Context options and check if comments have been generated. If not then click on the “Create Dimension Context” button.
To show that, below is a screen shot that lists all current layouts for a given context.

FineChat answered a question that asked for different layouts than the ones he had in his memory. It worked correctly, automatically and quickly.
After clicking on the “Check Report” button, new reports appeared that were not there after the first query. At this point, FineChat has a larger range of data and can answer questions about both time frames.
However, if a user asks something unrelated to the financial context, he or she will receive a humorous response from the chat room.
This answer is displayed, but it does not go into the context of the entire conversation. Thanks to this the conversation is still focused on the financial aspect.
To restore an old conversation, run “Fine Chat Restore” under “Evaluate Report” on the “Financial Report” page.
The page for restoring conversations has been improved. The display order of old conversations has been reversed, setting the least distant conversations at the top.
In addition, the first question asked to FineChat has been added to make the list easier to navigate.
