FAQ Management is a module for storing and displaying recommendations from Data Courage. The questions are supposed to increase the efficiency of working with the tool and save credit.
To launch module:
1. Chart of accounts
2. Related
3. Financial Intelligence
4. Data Courage CFO Assistant
5. “Evaluate Report”
6. Your Question
Make sure that:
1. The template has been generated
2. The mapping was generated based on the template
3. Generate a report based on the correct date.
In the next step, run the module to ask the question:
1. “Evaluate Report”,
2. Your question...
Questions are generated in English, but the answer comes in the language currently set.
This value is taken from the Windows Language table and the global language value.
The questions are downloaded in English. After selecting a question, it is automatically entered in the box below. You can then make changes to the question and send it this way. The changed question will be saved in the BC database, which will allow you to refer to the same question in the future.
When you click on the dropdown, the questions appear in a larger window. This will allow you to select the appropriate question.
FAQ Management was created to manage questions. It allows you to delete unnecessary questions.
Delete a question:
1. choose “Manage” from the main menu,
2. select the line
3. choose “Delete Line”.
Reset a FAQ Table:
1. Choose Settings,
2. Reset Table,
3. Click YES.
Resetting the table will reset the table in Business Central to zero. All questions asked by the client will be deleted, while in the database there will be only questions that are recommended by Data Courage.
