Save / Restore generated report 

The functionality allows to save current state of financial report and restore it as historical data. It can be used e.g. for checking and comparing a progress of postings during a period closing process. 


To save a current report state, follow these steps: 


  1. Open the “Data Courage CFO Assistant” page 
  2. Generate new report 
  3. Go to Save / Restore option on menu bar and choose “Save” action. Image Placeholder  
  4. After successful saving system will display appropriate message. 



To restore already saved report follow steps below: 


  1. Go to Save / Restore option on menu bar and chose “Restore” action Image Placeholder 
  2. System opens a list of already saved report containing template ID, mapping ID, set of used filters and creation date and time. Image Placeholder 
     
  3. Choose the report to restore and click OK. 
  4. After restoring of report the information about status will be displayed on main page

  5. Displayed information can used for data historical data checkout or can be imported to Excel for further actions.
  6. Any “Generate Report” action will replace restored data with current data set. 



Note 1. 


  • Drill Down action or any number will display current state of data;
  • Total of displayed entries can be different than saved historical data. 

Note 2. 

  • AI Evaluation are not available for restored report.
