On of the typical reporting maintenance action is adding to report mapping newly created accounts in Chart of Account. Our tool offers functionality for automation of this process. 


To perform this action, follow these steps: 

  1. Open the “Data Courage CFO Assistant” page 
  2. Go to “Report Template Management” open report template to which you want mapping update. Then proceed to “Mapping Management”; system will open a Mapping Management page. 
  3. Open one of already saved mapping version 
    Note: If some mapping version was selected on main window, Mapping Management page will be opened with this version data. 
  4. Go to “Update Mapping” action on menu bar. Image Placeholder 

  5. If some new accounts are found in the Chart of Accounts, these accounts will be added to the list with appropriate setup and the number of this account will be marked using BOLD.

  6. You can change the mapping of new accounts manually. 
  7. After accomplishing the new mapping review, save changes using Save or Save As action. 
  8. Close the window; on main page – generate new report using updated mapping and check results.
